Warranty –

Wabbit's warrants it wood products to the original consumer owner that each part will be under normal use and service free from defects for the life of the wood products from the date of its purchase by the original consumer owner. Products that are intended for exterior use are sold with no warranty.

Failure to follow directions which have been provided in this package will void your project warranty. In the event of a defect, malfunction or failure to conform with this warranty as it pertains to the wood product(s), the Warrantor (Wabbit's) shall, during the time period replace said damaged part or parts. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to return said defective parts at their (customer) sole expense and pay same freight return to 200 Bardash, Cleveland, Texas 77327. Warrantor shall give no liability under this warranty for any defects or damages caused by the original customer or distributor or installed improperly not in accordance to the installation instructions furnished by Wabbit's Dashes & Accessories, Inc. Installation will be covered, however, if performed by an employee directly working for Wabbit's. This warranty will be null and void if products supplied by Wabbit's. have been misused, installed improperly, negligently abused or an accident beyond Wabbit's. control.

This warranty only covers wood parts manufactured by Wabbit's. This warranty does not cover and Warrantor shall have now liability from loss of time, inconvenience or any other incidental or consequential damages. All gauges, AC systems, and digital components are warranted for the life of the product. Other electronic parts carry a one (1) year warranty only from original date of purchase – No exceptions. Any implied warranty made by warrantor shall be limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Absolutely no one is authorized to vary or change the terms or conditions of this warranty.
